Ron Gilcrease, a veteran player in lighting and electrical services, will join Solis USA on January 14, 2019. Gilcrease brings decades of experience to Solis in his new role as Vice President of Business Development. Ron served with several national lighting and electrical services companies including:
- President of Amtech Lighting Services
- President of Rogers Electric Lighting Division
- Vice President of XtraLight Manufacturing
Ron also served for two full terms as a member of the Board of Directors of PRSM, the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association. In his last year he also served as Treasurer for that organization. He has been active in PRSM serving on the Education Committee, writing white papers on lighting and as a presenter at many PRSM events.
“Having Ron on board is a game-changer for Solis as we continue to build our national presence in lighting, electrical and facility services,” said Chip Lawton, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Solis. “We’re looking to build on the successes we have enjoyed and push further into markets across the country. For Gilcrease, the decision to join Solis was an easy one. Having worked with Lawton at Amtech Lighting he knew the reputation Solis has in the industry. He’s excited to work again with Lawton and with Solis President and Founder, Fred Berg.
