We’re pleased to announce that we’re adding Fred Wolsleger to the team as Vice President of Operations. We’re excited to have Fred fill this new role here at Solis. Fred’s experience in technology and as an electrician in the field were exactly what we were looking for for this new position within the company.
Fred has decades of experience in bringing technology and customer service together. He’s helped companies such as Amtech and Environmental Lighting Services find business and customer service solutions through IT. Initially, he’ll be working on refining the new operations system. He shared that he’s been described as the guy who could talk about IT without making it sound too technical. He’s able to explain technical solutions from a business perspective.
Fred is excited to bring these skills to the Solis team and help align systems and procedures with service and customer needs. He said, “My ability to marry service industry needs to IT is part of what I bring to Solis.”
Adding Fred to the team will help us take the core company value of customer service and weave that together with proprietary tech solutions.
